This is the first outlet store in San Diego County for Chicos, an upscale womens clothing and accessory retailer with 600 stores nationwide. Representatives of Chicos, Viejas Outlet Center and the alpine Chamber of Commerce were on hand to celebrate the occasion and welcome customers.
